Dr. Noor Aldeen Atatreh, Al Falah University Chancellor, visited Mediclinic Middle East where he was welcomed by Executive Director Ahmed Ali Ayach. The meeting’s purpose is for the two parties to discuss possible collaboration and to enhance partnership in the field of training and to increase medical research output by the faculty members and students.
Dr. Atatreh introduced Al Falah University to Mr. Ayach. He gave a detailed overview of the university, the academic programs it offers particularly the B.Sc. in Business Administration Major in Health Management, in addition, the university’s future plans for the program.
He also discussed the role of the university in disseminating knowledge and serving the local community through many initiatives such as lectures and workshops provided by the faculty members to help raise the level of awareness in the society.
For his part, Mr. Ayach spoke about Mediclinic's provided medical services in the U.A.E. and overseas and its goal to deliver the highest level of health care which is effectual since Mediclinic is one of the top 10 private hospitals in the world. He also pointed out that Mediclinic owns and operates around 75 hospitals, 7 of those are in the UAE and serves about 750,000 patients annually.
Towards the end of the meeting, the two parties acknowledged the need to strengthen relations by exchanging ideas and initiatives to improve the quality of education within UAE.
